I’m Don Sellari, CSCS,  Director of Performance at Sports University in Fairfield.  My goal is to provide tips and advice about training, sports, and sometimes life (I’m definately not a life expert but have gone through some things that I may be able to help you with).   I hope to help you achieve your goals and provide some insight in improving your life in some way (along with having some fun).
